Ondanks de onwezelijke realiteit heeft Arte Amanti niet stilgezeten na het uitstel van 25 Festival concerten in 2020 en het uitstel van nieuwe initiatieven met onze internationale partners!
In augustus werd een eerste samenwerking aangegaan met Utopia Aalst voor een reeks van 7 semi openlucht concerten waar we 40 jonge talenten en jonge professionals na 6 maanden terug een podium konden bieden en dit als eersten in België! Dit succes leidde tot een structurele samenwerking met Utopia voor Zomer 2021.
Eind augustus werd de eerste Arte Amanti Zomerstage georganiseerd voor viool, cello en kamermuziek. Jongeren kregen hierdoor, na zoveel verloren lessen en tijd, een nieuwe impuls om het schooljaar op niveau te kunnen starten.
Eind september is het eerste in een reeks van Huisconcerten doorgegaan in Temse. Jong Talent Ruben Vanderpijpen (piano, 11jaar) verzorgde de prélude, waarna een recital volgde met sonates van Brahms en Franck en het 2de piano trio van Shostakovich door Kristie Su (viool), David Poskin (cello) en Katsura Mizumoto (piano).
Ook de Lunchconcerten bij De Nul Group hebben we na de start in maart moeten uitstellen.
We hopen deze concertenreeksen terug op te kunnen starten van zodra de situatie het toelaat !
In het voorjaar is er via Cultural Europe een uitwisselingsproject opgestart met kamermuziek festivals uit Albanië, Kosovo, Roemenië en Frankrijk waarvan het eerste concert op 11 oktober doorging in Different Trains Festival in Tirana (Roemenië) met Artiom Shishkov en Ivan Karizna. Er staan voor 2021 nog een 10-tal uitwisselingen op het programma o.m. op 17 april in Affligem, op 28 mei in Roosdaal en op 11 juni.
Ondertussen zijn de laatste voorbereidingen aan de gang voor de eerste draaidagen in februari 2021 van 5 portretten van jonge artiesten in voorbereiding op onze documentaire reeks!
Meer dan ooit heeft ons concept bewezen dat het een actuele en veilige manier is om cultuur van internationale topkwaliteit te beleven en dit in ieders regio!
Despite the unprecedented reality, Arte Amanti has been busy after the postponement of 25 Festival concerts in 2020 and the postponement of new initiatives with our international partners!
In August, Arte Amanti entered into a first collaboration with Utopia Aalst for a series of 7 semi open-air concerts where we were able to offer a stage to 40 young talents and young professionals after 6 months of lockdown and other measures, as the first to do so in Belgium! This success has led to a structural collaboration with Utopia for Summer 2021.
At the end of August, the first Arte Amanti Summer School was organized for violin, cello and chamber music. This gave young people, after so much lost lessons and time, a new impulse to start the school year at a good level.
At the end of September the first in a series of House Concerts took place in Temse. Young Talent Ruben Vanderpijpen (piano, 11 years) played the prelude, followed by a recital with sonatas by Brahms and Franck and the 2nd piano trio by Shostakovich performed by Kristie Su (violin), David Poskin (cello) and Katsura Mizumoto (piano).
We also had to postpone the Lunch Concerts at De Nul Group after the start in March.
We hope to be able to restart these concert series as soon as the situation permits!
In Spring, an exchange programme was started via Cultural Europe with chamber music festivals from Albania, Kosovo, Romania and France, the first concert of which took place on October 11 at the Different Trains Festival in Tirana (Romania) with Artiom Shishkov and Ivan Karizna. There are 10 more exchanges on the programme for 2021, including on April 17 in Affligem, on May 28 in Roosdaal and on June 11.
In the meantime, the final preparations are underway for the shooting days in February 2021 of 5 portraits of young artists in preparation for our documentary series!
More than ever, our concept has proven that it is an up-to-date and safe way to experience culture of international top level and this in everyone’s region!
