Anna werd geboren in Moskou in een muzikale omgeving die diep geworteld is in de tradities van David Oistrakh (Viktor Pikaizin & Semyon Snitkovsky), Mikhail Garlicky, Zinaida Gilels en de initiële Borodin Quartet-leden. Ze begon haar vioolstudie op zeer jonge leeftijd bij haar moeder Elena Mazor en vanaf haar vijfde bij Prof. Irina Svetlova in Tel-Aviv.
In dit vroege stadium had Anna het voorrecht om te genieten van de directe invloed van enkele van de grootste violisten van de vorige eeuw: Zakhar Bron, Boris Kuschnir, Salvatore Accardo, Victor Danchenko, Ida Haendel, Shlomo Mintz, Miriam Fried, Thomas Brandis, Petru Monteanu, Itzhak Perlman, Ivry Gitlis, Tsugio Tokunaga, Georgy Pauk, om er maar een paar te noemen.
Anna’s eerste optreden met orkest was op zesjarige leeftijd. Naast haar frequente optredens in Israël, reisde ze vaak naar internationale festivals zoals Vladimir Spivakov’s Moscow Meets Friends, Natalya Gutman’s (Oleg Kagan) Festival in Kreuth in Duitsland, Portogruaro Festival en Lucca Festival in Italië, Miyazaki festival in Japan, Brandenburgische Sommerkonzerte in Duitsland , Gaia Festival in Zwitserland, Viana Festival in Portugal en Eilat Festival in Israël in samenwerking met muzikant zoals Peter Donohoe, Pavel Gililov, Julian Rachlin, Maxim Vengerov, Natalia Gutman, Stacey Watton, Pinchas Zukerman en nog veel meer.
Radio-optredens met het Jerusalem Symphony Orchestra, National Chamber Orchestra of Moldova, Symphony Orchestra of Chisinau evenals Sinfonietta Baden en andere kleinere groepen volgden.
Op 16-jarige leeftijd leidde een debuutoptreden met het Israëlisch Philharmonisch Orkest onder leiding van Zubin Mehta ertoe dat Anna naar Europa verhuisde om te studeren bij Pavel Vernikov aan het Weense Conservatorium, waar ze prijswinnaar werd van vier internationale wedstrijden.
Anna woont tegenwoordig in Nederland met haar man, de cellist Gavriel Lipkind. Ze deelt een diepe passie voor kamermuziek met vertrouwde partners en evolueert eveneens als uitvoerder van hedendaagse muziek.
Als lid van het internationaal befaamde Lipkind Quartet was Anna ook co-producer van de serie ‘Lipkind plays…’ en is momenteel een van de oprichters van het TRPTK Trio waar ze speelt met de celliste Maya Fridman en de pianiste Nadezhda Filippova.
Anna bespeelt een Gagliano-viool uit 1781 (de “Martelenne”) dankzij de genereuze steun van R & v.T.
Anna was born in Moscow into a musical surrounding that is deeply rooted in the string playing traditions passed by David Oistrakh (Viktor Pikaizin & Semyon Snitkovsky), Mikhail Garlicky, Zinaida Gilels and the original Borodin Quartet members. She began her violin studies at an extremely young age with her mother Elena Mazor and from the age of 5 with Prof. Irina Svetlova in Tel-Aviv.
At this early stage Anna was privileged to enjoy the direct influence of some of the greatest violinists of the last century: Zakhar Bron, Boris Kuschnir, Salvatore Accardo, Victor Danchenko, Ida Haendel, Shlomo Mintz, Miriam Fried, Thomas Brandis, Petru Monteanu, Itzhak Perlman, Ivry Gitlis, Tsugio Tokunaga, Georgy Pauk, to mention just a few.
Anna’s first performance with orchestra was at the age of six. Besides her frequent performances in Israel, she often travelled to international festivals such as Vladimir Spivakov’s Moscow Meets Friends, Natalya Gutman’s (Oleg Kagan) Festival in Kreuth in Germany, Portogruaro Festival and Lucca Festival in Italy, Miyazaki festival in Japan, Brandenburgische Sommerkonzerte in Germany, Gaia Festival in Switzerland, Viana Festival in Portugal and Eilat Festival in Israel collaborating with musician such as Peter Donohoe, Pavel Gililov, Julian Rachlin, Maxim Vengerov, Natalia Gutman,Stacey Watton, Pinchas Zukerman and many more.

At the age of 16, a debut performance with the Israeli Philharmonic Orchestra under the baton of Zubin Mehta lead to Anna’s moving to Europe to study with Pavel Vernikov at the Vienna Conservatory where she became a prize winner of four International Competitions.
Anna lives nowadays in the Netherlands with her husband, the cellist Gavriel Lipkind. Despite her soloist’s activity and background, she shares a deep passion for chamber music with trusted partners and evolves as a performer of contemporary music.
A member of the internationally acclaimed Lipkind Quartet Anna was also a co-producer of the ‘Lipkind plays…’ series and is currently a founding member of the TRPTK Trio where she plays with the cellist Maya Fridman and the pianist Nadezhda Filippova.
Anna plays a 1781 Gagliano violin (the „Martelenne“) thanks to the generous support of R & v.T.
