Korpus Quartet verenigt vier jonge hoornisten van vier conservatoria, verschillende landen, met verschillende moedertalen. Korpus Quartet speelt een repertoire dat even divers is als de leden van het kwartet.
Jason Enuset begon zijn muzikale studies op 6-jarige leeftijd in de muziekacademie van Dinant waar hij tegelijkertijd hoornles, notenleer en theater volgde. Nadat hij aan de middelbare school afstudeerde trok hij naar de klas van Jean-Pierre Dassonville om daar in 2020 zijn master te behalen met onderscheiding. Tijdens zijn studie kreeg hij de kans om in verscheidene orkesten te spelen waaronder het Orchestre de l’Opéra Royal de Wallonie en het Brussels Philharmonic Orchestra.
Urmin Nes Majstorovic werd geboren in Belgrado, Servië. Hij begon zijn muzikale carrière op 5-jarige leeftijd, eerst met viool en later met hoorn. Nadat Urmin het muziekschoolparcours voor beide instrument succesvol af had gerond, besliste hij om zich te specialiseren in de hoorn. Hij ging naar de ‘Academy of Arts’ in Novi Sad. Twee jaar later verliet hij Servië om in België te komen studeren bij Jean-Pierre Dassonville. Op dit moment zit Urmin in de hoornklas van het Conservatoire Royale de Bruxelles.
Op 14-jarige leeftijd start Jonathan van der Beek aan de kunsthumaniora van het Lemmensinstituut. Daar kreeg hij hoornles van Bert Vanderhoeft. Daarna ging Jonathan aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium Brussel studeren bij Luc Bergé, die hem verder vormt als muzikant. Sinds Jonathan in Brussel studeert kreeg hij al snel kansen bij jeugd-, semi-professionele en professionele orkesten. Zo speelde hij bij het Euregio Jeugdorkest, Frascati Symphonic en Nuove Musiche. Tegenwoordig zit Jonathan zeker niet stil: zo is hij sinds vorig jaar vaste hoornist bij Youth Orchestra Flanders en Dimlicht ensemble.
Reindert Geirnaert begon op zevenjarige leeftijd met hoorn in de Stedelijke Academie voor Muziek en Woord te Tielt. Onder de begeleiding van Jeroen Billiet en Thari Verloove leerde hij al snel dat zijn passie in de muziek lag. In 2018 startte hij aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Gent bij Rik Vercruysse. Van jongs af aan is Reindert druk bezig geweest in verscheidene harmonieorkesten. Sinds hij aan een professionele opleiding begonnen is verkent hij ook meer de symfonische wereld. Na een jaar vaste hoornist te zijn in het Antwerps Jeugd Orkest speelt hij sinds dit jaar ook in het Youth Orchestra Flanders.
Korpus Quartet unites four young horn players from four conservatories, different countries and with different mother tongues. Korpus Quartet plays a repertoire that is as diverse as the members of the quartet.

Urmin Nes Majstorovic was born in Belgrade, Serbia. He started his musical career at the age of 5, first with the violin and later with the horn. After Urmin had successfully completed the music school course for both instruments, he decided to specialize in the horn. He attended the Academy of Arts in Novi Sad. Two years later he left Serbia to study in Belgium with Jean-Pierre Dassonville. Urmin is currently in the horn class of the Conservatoire Royale de Bruxelles.
At the age of 14 Jonathan van der Beek starts at the art humanities of the Lemmens Institute. There he took horn lessons from Bert Vanderhoeft. Then Jonathan went to study at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels with Luc Bergé, who further trains him as a musician. Since Jonathan studies in Brussels, he soon got opportunities with youth, semi-professional and professional orchestras. For example, he played with the Euregio Youth Orchestra, Frascati Symphonic and Nuove Musiche. Nowadays Jonathan is certainly not idle: he has been a regular horn player with Youth Orchestra Flanders and Dimlicht ensemble since last year.
Reindert Geirnaert started at the age of seven with the horn at the Municipal Academy for Music and Word in Tielt. Under the guidance of Jeroen Billiet and Thari Verloove, he soon learned that his passion lay in music. In 2018 he started at the Royal Conservatory of Ghent with Rik Vercruysse. From an early age Reindert has been busy in various concert bands. Since he started a professional training, he also explores the symphonic world more. After a year as a permanent horn player in the Antwerp Youth Orchestra, he has also been playing in the Youth Orchestra Flanders since this year.
