Raphael Becker is een Belgisch/Duits pianist met Bulgaarse roots.
Hij kreeg zijn eerste pianolessen van zijn moeder en volgde later aan de Kunsthumaniora te Antwerpen lessen bij Nicolas Callot.
Hij behaalde zijn bachelor en masterdiploma in de podiumkunsten bij Sergei Edelman aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Antwerpen.
Naast vele internationaal voltooide concerten gaf Raphael concerten op het Arte Amanti Festival in Vlaanderen, voor de Marnixring, de Rotary club en stichting Robus. Hij nam ook deel aan de International Summer Academy Cervo (Cervo, Italië) de Middle East Music Academy (Dubai, VAE) en verzorgde internationale podia onder andere in Duitsland, Spanje, Italië, Bulgarije en de Verenigde Arabische Emiraten.
Verder heeft Raphael masterclasses en lessen gekregen van pianisten als Ian Fountain, Lucas Blondeel, Henri Sigfridsson, Stephan Simonian en Plamena Mangova.
Hij participeerde aan internationale wedstrijden en werd in de ‘International Young Talent Music Competition’ Laureaat.
Raphael Becker is a Belgian/German pianist with Bulgarian roots.
He received his first piano lessons from his mother and later took lessons with Nicolas Callot at the Kunsthumaniora in Antwerp.
He obtained his bachelor’s and master’s degrees in performing arts with Sergei Edelman at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp.
In addition to many internationally completed concerts, Raphael gave concerts at the Arte Amanti Festival in Flanders, for the Marnixring, the Rotary club and the Robus foundation. He also participated in the International Summer Academy Cervo (Cervo, Italy) the Middle East Music Academy (Dubai, UAE) and performed internationally in Germany, Spain, Italy, Bulgaria and the United Arab Emirates.
Raphael has also received masterclasses and lessons from pianists such as Ian Fountain, Lucas Blondeel, Henri Sigfridsson, Stephan Simonian and Plamena Mangova.
He participated in international competitions and became a Laureate in the ‘International Young Talent Music Competition’.
