Het Thaletas Quartet is een strijkkwartet gevormd door studenten van het Conservatorium van Antwerpen.

Isabel Dhallé begon haar vioolstudies bij Koen Rens volgens de Suzuki-methode. Sinds september 2019 studeert Isabel viool aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Antwerpen in de klas van Guido de Neve. Ze volgde masterclasses bij onder andere Anna Podhajska (Polen), Erkki Palola (Finland), Brian Lewis (USA), Philippe Graffin (France)… Ook gaf ze al concerten in verschillende landen zoals Litouwen, Polen, Zwitserland, Spanje, Letland, Japan… In 2016 kreeg ze de kans om een concert te spelen in de Royal Albert Hall in London. Als solist speelde Isabel reeds enkele malen met orkest.

Kasper Delrue volgde vanaf 4 jaar de Suzukimethode bij Wilfried Van Gorp. Sinds zijn 11 jaar was hij trouwe leerling bij Erik Sluys in de academie van Anderlecht. Kasper werd op zijn tiende de eerste winnaar van de Cobra Classic Battle. In 2017 werd hij Vlaams Kampioen in de Vlamo wedstrijd. In 2018 haalde hij als enige van zijn leeftijd de finale van de Breughelwedstrijd. In 2019 behaalde hij de eerste prijs op de Vlamo wedstrijd met 98 procent en felicitaties van de jury. Hij speelde reeds als solist met Brussels Sinfonietta en Stringendo. Kasper zet zijn muzikale studies verder aan het conservatorium in Antwerpen in de klas van Tatiana Samouil en Alexei Moshkov en nu Aylen Pritchin.

Sergio Mendiguchía Moreno speelt altviool sinds zijn achtste. In Spanje kreeg hij les van José Ramos Casariego en Jacek Policinski. Momenteel krijgt hij les van Leo de Neve in het Koninklijk Conservatorium Antwerpen. Daarnaast vult hij zijn studie aan bij docenten van het kaliber Marc Sabbah, Razvan Popovici of Roman Spitzer. In de orkestwereld speelde hij concerten in landen als Frankrijk, Engeland of China.

Vladislav Glushchenko studeert momenteel cello bij professor Justus Grimm (Koninklijk Conservatorium van Antwerpen). Hij werd geboren in Kemerovo, Rusland en studeerde af aan de Emils Darzins muziekschool in Riga, Letland. Vladislav was een student van Nadezhda Polyanskaya, Evgeny Nilov en Dace Puce. Hij was deelnemer en winnaar van verschillende muziekwedstrijden in Rusland en Letland, nam deel aan verschillende muziekfestivals als solist, als lid van kamermuziekgroepen en symfonische orkesten in Rusland, Letland, Litouwen, Estland, Zwitserland, Malta, Duitsland en België. Hij nam ook deel aan masterclasses met docenten uit Rusland, Letland, Oostenrijk, Duitsland, Frankrijk, Zwitserland en België.

The Thaletas Quartet is a string quartet formed by students from the Antwerp Conservatory.

Isabel Dhallé started her violin studies with Koen Rens according to the Suzuki method. Since September 2019 Isabel has been studying violin at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp in Guido de Neve’s class. She followed masterclasses with Anna Podhajska (Poland), Erkki Palola (Finland), Brian Lewis (USA), Philippe Graffin (France)… She has also given concerts in various countries such as Lithuania, Poland, Switzerland, Spain, Latvia, Japan … In 2016 she had the opportunity to play a concert at the Royal Albert Hall in London. As a soloist Isabel has already played several times with orchestra.

Kasper Delrue followed the Suzuki method with Wilfried Van Gorp from 4 years old. Since the age of 11 he was a loyal student of Erik Sluys in the academy of Anderlecht. Kasper became the first winner of the Cobra Classic Battle at the age of ten. In 2017 he became Flemish Champion in the Vlamo competition. In 2018, he was the only one of his age to reach the final of the Breughel competition. In 2019 he won first prize at the Vlamo competition with 98 percent and congratulations from the jury. He has already played as a soloist with Brussels Sinfonietta and Stringendo. Kasper continues his musical studies at the Antwerp Conservatory in the class of Tatiana Samouil and Alexei Moshkov and now Aylen Pritchin.

Sergio Mendiguchía Moreno has been playing the viola since he was eight. In Spain he was taught by José Ramos Casariego and Jacek Policinski. He is currently being taught by Leo de Neve at the Royal Conservatory of Antwerp. He also supplements his studies with teachers of the caliber Marc Sabbah, Razvan Popovici or Roman Spitzer. In the orchestra world he played concerts in countries such as France, England or China.

Vladislav Glushchenko is currently studying cello with professor Justus Grimm (Royal Conservatory of Antwerp). He was born in Kemerovo, Russia and graduated from Emils Darzins music school in Riga, Latvia. Vladislav was a student of Nadezhda Polyanskaya, Evgeny Nilov and Dace Puce. He was a participant and winner of several music competitions in Russia and Latvia, participated in several music festivals as a soloist, as a member of chamber music groups and symphonic orchestras in Russia, Latvia, Lithuania, Estonia, Switzerland, Malta, Germany and Belgium. He also participated in master classes with teachers from Russia, Latvia, Austria, Germany, France, Switzerland and Belgium.
