    Violist Timur Kolesnikov werd in 2004 geboren in Voronezh, Rusland. In 2022 studeerde hij af aan de Voronezh Special Music School in de klas van Tatiana Timosjenko. Momenteel vervolledigt hij zijn opleiding aan het Koninklijk Conservatorium van Brussel in de klas van Tatiana Samouil.

    Timur is laureaat van Russische en internationale competities.

    Hij is laureaat van de I-graad van de ‘X International Violin Competition’, genoemd naar V.F. Bobylev, in Ryazan, Rusland.

    Hij behaalde Gouden medailles van de ‘XV Youth Delphic Games of Russia’ en de ‘XI Youth Games van de GOS-lidstaten’.

    In Penne, Italië ontving hij de Grand Prix van de ‘5e International Competition of Performing Arts’.

    Hij mag zich laureaat noemen van de I-graad van de X International Competitie van muzikanten-uitvoerders en componisten ‘Romanticism: Origins and Horizons’ in Moskou, Rusland.

    Ook werd hij laureaat van de II-graad van de internationale competitie ‘Grand Prix of Golden Talents’ in Orenburg, Rusland.

    Timur won in Moskou tevens de I Russian Competition of Scholarship, Houders van de Stichting ‘Nieuwe Namen’.

    De violist nam deel aan masterclasses van Viktor Tretyakov, Tatiana Samouil en Maxim Vengerov.

    Hij trad op met de Academische Symfonieorkesten van Voronezh, Lipetsk en Belgorod evenals met het Russische Jeugdsymfonieorkest.


    Born in 2004 in Voronezh, Russia, Timur graduated from the Voronezh Special Music School (College) in 2022 under the guidance of Tatiana Tymoshenko. Currently, he is a student at the Royal Conservatory of Brussels in the class of Tatiana Samouil.

    Timur is a laureate of various all-Russian and international competitions, including:

    Laureate of the I degree at the X International Violin Competition named after V.F. Bobylev (Ryazan, Russia).

    Gold medals at the XV Youth Delphic Games of Russia and the XI Youth Games of the CIS member states.

    Grand Prix at the 5th International Competition of Performing Arts (Penne, Italy).

    Laureate of the I degree at the X International Competition of Musicians-Performers and Composers “Romanticism: Origins and Horizons” (Moscow, Russia).

    Laureate of the II degree at the International Competition “Grand Prix of Golden Talents” (Orenburg, Russia).

    Winner of the I All-Russian Competition of Scholarship Holders of the Foundation “New Names” (Moscow, Russia).

    Timur has participated in master classes conducted by Viktor Tretyakov, Tatiana Samouil, and Maxim Vengerov. He has performed with the Academic Symphony Orchestras of Voronezh, Lipetsk, and Belgorod (Russia), as well as with the All-Russian Youth Symphony Orchestra.
