Ondanks het moeilijke culturele klimaat in 2021, bleven onze artiesten, rising stars en jonge talenten niet onopgemerkt. Hierbij alvast een korte bloemlezing:

Artiesten – Artists:
Karen Su wint in November 2021 de 2de Prijs op de “Princess Astrid International Music Competition, Trondheim”. U kan haar prestatie bewonderen in onderstaande video (start 38min.).

Fedor Rudin and Boris Kusnezow stelden in oktober 2021 hun nieuwe CD “Heritage” voor met daarop het volledige oeuvre voor viool en piano van Edison Denison, de grootvader van Fedor. Fedor en Boris zullen in 2022 werken van Denison vertolken tijdens hun Arte Amanti recital op 28 april 2022.
Fedor Rudin and Boris Kusnezow released, in oktober 2021, their new CD “Heritage”. The CD contains all works for violin and piano composed by Edison Denison, Fedor’s grandfather! Fedor and Boris wil perform works from this CD during their Arte Amanti recital on 28 April 2022.

Jappe Dendievel (fagot) wint het Prinses Christina Klassiek Concours 2021.

Het Sonoro Quartet behaalde op 30 oktober 2021 de derde prijs en twee speciale prijzen op de Bartók
World Competition in Boedapest. Naast een geldprijs ter waarde van €4.000 volgen twee uitnodigingen om
in Hongarije te concerteren.
The Sonoro Quartet got a 3rd Prize and two special prizes at the Bartók World Competition in October 2021 in Budapest. In addition to a cash prize worth €4,000, they received two invitations to perform in Hungary.
Het Fibonacci Quartet (met Rising Star Luna De Mol op 1ste/2de viool) behaalden de 1ste Prijs in de categorie Kamermuziek op de “VII International Music Competition Triomphe de l’Art” die in december plaats vond te Brussel.
The Fibonacci Quartet (with Rising Star Luna De Mol on 1st/2nd violin) won 1st Prize in the Chamber Music category at the “VII International Music Competition Triomphe de l’Art” that took place in Brussels in December.
Jong Talent – Young Talent:
